MEDIA DEALS consists in a growing network of equity investors accross Europe interested in investing in the media sector.

Media entrepreneurs looking for finance can submit an investment opportunity in their company or in a project using the Application Wizard of MEDIA DEALS (based on the Angelsoft system).
Although our member's focus is mainly on European companies, applications are open to companies based in any part of the world. Any type of media business is of interest: film, TV, mobile content, Internet content, new media platforms, music, games, IT applications linked to the media sector...
Each application will be processed in full confidentiality.

Using this platform gives media entrepreneurs looking for finance the opportunity to upload detailed and formatted information on their company and/or projects. Companies and projects are sorted according to their business activity (Internet, mobile, film, TV, etc.), level of financial needs, company stage (seed, early stage, expansion) and financing structure (single project, companies, slates, funds).
Members of MEDIA DEALS (investors and managers of funds and networks) will have access to this information channelled through the Angelsoft solution.

The Application Wizard consists in a series of steps where you will be asked to provide the following information:

  4. Financial Summary (click here for a sample, 116KB pdf file)

The output of your application will be a one page summary presenting the investment opportunity in your company (your pitch).
This submission form is standardised to meet the requirements of investors and are the same for any type of business. All "media-specific" elements should be put as an attachment at the very end of the submission process.

Once you have submitted your project, the process will be the following (see figure below):

  1. The administrator of the deal flow of MEDIA DEALS enlists your application
  2. Your application is being forwarded to the investors (angels) who are looking for this type of investment
  3. In case of interest, investors exchange views on the investment using the Angelsoft platform. Further queries might be transmitted to the media entrepreneur.
  4. The deal is made.
