MEDIA DEALS is organising the European Mediatech Investment Forum, taking place in Barcelona, in partnership with Peacefulfish and local economic development agency Barcelona Activa

ENTREPRENEURS, GAIN VALUABLE KNOWLEDGE AND ATTRACT FINANCE FOR YOUR PROJECT

If you are an entrepreneur involved in the mediatech sector, and you are looking for finance for your project, you can apply to participate for free in this valuable event, which will gather investors coming from all over Europe, including Spain.

PROGRAMME:

CRITERIA

The criteria to participate in the training event are the following:

• Project linked to the mediatech sector (Cinema, Internet, TV, online video games, digital music, new distribution platforms, technology-related media…)

• European/International focus

• Strong entrepreneurship spirit

• Interest has been demonstrated to the project (prize, investment, subsidy…)

The selection committee will select 10 European entrepreneurs, who will be entitled to free access to the training event. In addition, MEDIA DEALS will provide them with accommodation (hotel for 1 night).

HOW TO APPLY

To apply to the European Mediatech Investment Forum, send an email to info@media-deals.org with the following:

1. The business plan of your project (including the strategy of development in terms of actions and means)

2. A Powerpoint presentation (max 15 slides) of your project which you would present to investors, including the financial need for investment
   
   

Further information will be asked to the pre-selected entrepreneurs.

The European Mediatech Forum will give you access high-growth potential pre-selected projects in the mediatech sector, notably through concrete pitching sessions. Access to the masterclass session is free for investors (upon confirmed registration).

EASY Investment Forum, London, 26th June 2008

Last June 26th, MEDIA DEALS organised the mediatech part of the Easy investment forum in London. The Easy forum gathered arount 200 investors interested in early stage financing. MEDIA DEALS has judged and selected 5 mediatech companies which were be able to pitch their project in front of investors and media experts.
